アッパーの吊り込みからパーツの取り付けまで、職人の手作業で行われるため、
美しい形状と快適な履き心地、高い耐久性を持つ。
個性的なトゥキャップとトゥバンパーがクラシカルで軽快な足元を演出する。

10万人以上の足型データを基に研究開発されたカスタムラスト。
【VULCANIZING PROCESS（バルカナイズ製法）】
加硫釜製法とも言われ、バルカナイズ・スニーカーづくりの最終工程。
熱と圧力を掛けつつ加硫剤を加えてゴムを硬化（加硫圧着）させながら、
同時にアウトソールを成型する製造方法。
ホクシングテープで外周の接着も加わることで、全方向に対して非常に高い耐久性を持つ。
ゴムとキャンバスという異素材をしなやかに、かつ強力に固着できる手法。

Old school sneakers with a vulcanizing process made in one of the best sneakers factories in Japan “MOONSTAR CO.” which has a history of over 150 years. Many processes are done by craftsmen’s hand, and these give a beautiful shape, comfortable wear and high durability to the sneakers.

A customed last researched and developed based on the foot shape of over 100,000 people.
[VULCANIZING PROCESS]
This is the final process of making vulcanized sneakers. A manufacturing method in which a vulcanizing agent is added while applying heat and pressure to harden the rubber (vulcanization and pressure bonding) while simultaneously molding the outsole. It has high durability in all directions by adding adhesion to the outer circumference with foxing tape. A method that can flexibly and strongly adhere different materials such as rubber and canvas.
