High roast (slightly dark roast), ideal for drip brewing, realizes a high level of harmony be-tween acidity, bitterness, and sweetness. The aroma is further enhanced by resting the beans for a few days after roasting. Packed using nitrogen flushing, drinkers can enjoy a cup of freshly ground coffee any time.
